THE LOGO -- WHAT IT MEANS

Safety and compliance

Safety: The bedrock of Safe Tackle Framework #STF

The RED dot or head is a NO GO ZONE in contact. We want to completely eliminate any and all contact with a players head when entering into a tackle.

The BLUE zone or torso area is where our SAFE TACKLE LINE's will play a pivotal part, especially in senior rugby and contact sport. Clear visual guidelines will influence behavioural changes. This will increase compliance and reduce the risk of injury and concussion. Significantly!

The GREEN bottom or legs is where we educate and encourage players to tackle and enter into the contact zone of a tackle. Lower your tackle and lower the risk. Young children about to enter playing rugby and contact sport must be coached and guided, along the lower Safe Tackle Lines to create long term solutions in minimising head injuries and concussion.

Our long term goal is to minimise and eradicate any possibility of a head high tackle, within our STF- Safe Tackle Framework.

Effectiveness

This is the key. As coaches, you can confidently know that being safe and compliant will equate to being equally effective in a tackle or contact area.
